Two registered entities, one counterparty
Registered entity and principal place of business. Commercial contracting, multi-currency settlement and the single point of contact for enquiries.
Registered trading entity used for contracting and collection where a Hong Kong counterparty is preferable to the client or the bank.
Both entities are registered in their respective Special Administrative Regions. Contracting entity is agreed per transaction and stated in the contract.
