Testing & Support Services

Equipment is tested before it ships. Where a buyer needs a report from an accredited laboratory, we arrange the testing with a third-party body and handle sample logistics, documentation and follow-up on your behalf.

Scope

What can be tested

Testing is available for new energy equipment only — lithium batteries and battery systems, energy storage units, EV chargers and their power electronics. Products outside this scope are not accepted.

Process

Order online, test offline

Submit the test request through the form below. We confirm the test items, the standard and the price in writing, then you send samples to the laboratory or we arrange on-site testing at the factory.

  • 1
    Submit the request online

Tell us the sample type, the test items and the market you are entering.

  • 2
    Written confirmation

We reply with the test plan, the applicable standard, the lead time and the price.

  • 3
    Samples and testing offline

Ship samples to the laboratory, or arrange on-site testing at the manufacturing site.

  • 4
    Report issued

The laboratory issues the report; we forward it with the matching shipping documentation.

Third-party laboratory support

For markets that require an accredited report or certificate, we coordinate testing with a third-party laboratory. We are not a certification body and we do not issue certificates — the report or certificate is issued by the laboratory to the applicant named in the local scheme.

  • Sample selection, packing and dispatch to the laboratory
  • Test plan and standard agreed in writing before testing
  • Progress tracking and query handling with the laboratory
  • Report, datasheets and transport documents delivered together

Test items

Eight test families for new energy equipment

Eight test families cover the equipment we supply. Items and pass criteria are fixed against the applicable standard before testing starts.

Battery cell, module and pack testing

Capacity, internal resistance, charge and discharge characteristics, rate capability and cycle verification.

Battery safety testing

Overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, thermal behaviour and mechanical stress testing to the applicable standard.

BMS function and protection logic

Verification of protection thresholds, cell balancing, state-of-charge reporting and communication behaviour under fault conditions.

Storage system performance

Round-trip efficiency, thermal rise, parallel operation and switchover behaviour on complete storage units.

Charger electrical safety and function

Insulation resistance, leakage protection, emergency stop, connector interlock and charge-control sequence on AC and DC units.

Environmental reliability

High and low temperature operation, humidity, vibration and ingress checks against the specification.

Pre-shipment inspection

Visual and functional inspection, configuration check against the order, packing and marking verification before release.

Documentation and transport files

Test reports, datasheets and transport documentation for lithium batteries, prepared with the issuing laboratory where third-party issue is required.

What we do not do

We are not a certification body

We do not issue CE, UL or any other certification. Any certificate or accredited report in the file comes from a third-party laboratory, and it is that laboratory — not us — that carries the accreditation. Equipment outside the new energy scope is neither tested nor accepted.

FAQ

Questions about testing

Can you issue CE or UL certificates?
No — we are not a certification body. Where your market requires certification, we arrange the testing with a third-party laboratory and the certificate is issued by that laboratory or a notified body. Our own test reports are internal quality-control documents and are not market approvals.
Is testing included in the price?
Standard pre-shipment inspection is included in the supply price. Extended test programmes, third-party testing and on-site testing are quoted separately against the agreed test plan.
Do you test equipment you did not supply?
No. Testing is available for new energy equipment supplied through us.
Can testing be done on site instead of sending samples?
Yes. On-site testing can be arranged at the manufacturing site for larger units such as storage cabinets and DC chargers that are impractical to ship as samples.
